The Hi-Gen Hydrogen Fuel Booster
This is our Hi-Gen23 with the PWM controller, simple but efficient.
- The hydro generator stands at 12" tall and 4" in diameter.
- The controller is 4 3/4" high x 6 3/4" wide and 3 1/4" deep, with amp meter with light, volt meter with light, greed on off switch with light, control knob, and a 30 Amp breaker.

Hydrogen Electrolysis
Electrolysis Has been around for a long time and is the process of running an electrical current through water (H2O) and separating the hydrogen from the oxygen. However it has never been applied in this manner as a fuel booster. Hydrogen electrolysis has met commercial resistance in the past but much of that resistance is now going away. Hydrogen electrolysis now offers the hope for making real the dream of hydrogen cars running on the highways of the world.
This PWM controller has many uses, with frequency, amp and voltage control. one MOSFET with heat sink included.
We built and tested a lot of PWM controllers. Some control volts and the amps ride along, some control amps and the volt ride along, some the frequency and you get what you get. All of these produce heat. With the MOSFET inside the enclosure it can cause a lot of damage. We found that if we installed a heat sink on the generator we could reduce the heat (dramaticly) then we installed the MOSFET on the heat sink. Now we have the perfect controller, no need for a fan, no heavy enclosure, a cool running unit and now we can control the amps, the frequency, and volts. Only small wire is needed inside he auto and all the heavy wire under the hood. Now you have a controller that is trouble free, a replaceable MOSFET, or you can parallel it to run as many amps as you wish and it is affordable.
